@Mike – I am not expert on contests like this but as I understand there is a potential tax liability for prizes like this, so the terms require “Winner will be required to complete, sign, and return to sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and W-9 Forms before prize can be issued.”
