Update: per reader comments below, Prosper has prematurely pulled this offer. Not good for credibility. We shall see if miles post for those who registered.

FrequentMiler QuickDeals buzzed with 1,000 free United Miles for installing the Prosper Daily app and registering by 6/30/16 using this link. See the QuickDeals post for full details.

Prosper United 1000

I went ahead and registered. I did not register any of my financial accounts. United miles are by far my most valuable airline miles. I am Africa-bound tonight and I have a long slate of Ethiopian and TAP flights ahead, all booked on United awards.

Not all devices are compatible. I tried with my Android tablet and it was rejected saying it is intended for a phone. My Android phone was fine.

I didn’t have the courtesy to look at the Prosper app. Is it something like Mint? Any use for people in our hobby?

The app is still missing some of the features the website had, like how to search for specific transactions, but they’ve said they be rolling it out.
