The NWA History Centre in Minneapolis is moving to a new home at the Crowne Plaza Aire Hotel by MSP and the Mall of America.

Update 2: this event has been moved to the FTU host hotel Minneapolis Airport Marriott. Meet at the FTU registration desk at 3 pm and we’ll wing it.

Update 1: the fire marshall has not given final sign-off on the new exhibition space so we will not be able to see the collection. Instead, we will still go to the Crowne Plaza and in their Concorde Room we will do an informal Q&A and stories with the NWA History Centre director and fellow retirees. Not everything we hoped, though should still be fun.

NWA History Centre Preview Event

NWA History Centre

FTU Minneapolis attendees are invited to a special preview event at the NWA History Centre on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 3 pm. The museum director and volunteer docents will introduce their collection and share NWA stories.

Attendance is open to all FTU Minneapolis attendees. NWA History Centre admission is free (optional donations fund the museum).

The NWA History Centre is a long-ish walk from the FTU host Marriott MSP. We are working with the hotel to shuttle people over on a space available basis. Otherwise, find a ride.
