Envy-inducing suburb of Toronto, Oakville, is home to Canadian Super Counsel, of ghetto burger and e-boarding pass fame.

The paths along Lake Ontario are tranquil House built before Canadian Confederation fly the Union Jack, those after, the Maple Leaf. The Oakville Lawn Bowling Club enforces strict traditional dress.

Starch came out of the town’s collar this past weekend with the Oakville Jazz Festival. Soon Torn Bahn Thai provided elegant dining. Colossus Greek Taverna looked great, it’s few tables jam-packed. Black Forest Pastry Shop is the place for whoopie pies.

Less than a half  hour west of Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), the boutiques and eateries combine with the lakeside to make for a delightful outing, festival or non.

Anyone who is proud of British rule should have their head checked. Flying the Butchers Apron just informs everyone passing your house know you are a clueless idiot.
