Are IHG bookings carried out in foreign currencies (NZD, AUD, SGD, EUR) etc eligible to get 10% cash back if clicked through Mrrebates?
I have always received them for my international bookings.
I have not seen the hotel chains exclude cash back much by geopgraphy. Some OTAs like Agoda have different links and rates for different regions for hotels. Rental car agencies often exclude many countries, so take an extra look at the fine print on those.
Happy to use your referral link, have never used a cash back site before. Can you confirm that booking thru Mr. Rebates does not impact qualifying for IHG promotions-if I start a booking thru Mr. Rebates will the stay still qualify for the current Accelerate promo?
I can confirm cash back sites have no impact on IHG or any other hotel promotions that I have encountered. This all happens on the back-end and is not like OTA-booked stays that you usually will not get points or elite benefits. The hotel treats these fully as direct-booked stays and you get a nice cash bump after your stay.
