@YoLaViajera – thanks for checking that, which I should have done before posting. Many of us have UK addresses for our Avios.com accounts, though not resident, which is another story.
FYI – I entered the 18K Avios contest, but then I read the TCs and found this:
“This prize draw is available only to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a person who is resident in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, and a member of the British Airways Executive Club.” So unfortunately, it’s only valid for UK residents.
