I procrastinated in sending out IHG Surprises entries and when neither wife or I got the email confirmations I figured it was a lost cause. Last week I poked around FlyerTalk and saw people had success contacting HelloWorld at questions@helloworldfulfillment.com.

I provided the full information from the entries and within 2 business days got the links for 94 plays each. If it was slow for me to fill out the cards, it is little faster to play these from Burkina Faso where I am tonight.

We are down to the final hours, but if you haven’t gotten the link or the correct amount of plays, send off a last ditch email and see if they come through by tomorrow.

By the way, you can copy IHG but will only get a form reply that HelloWorld is handling it. Also, some have contacted HelloWorld on facebook, I did as well, though that did not seem to expedite the process. Stick with email.
