Hotel Braavo in Tallinn, Estonia is a few hotel rooms added to a massive fitness center complex in Tallinn Old Town. Facilities range from racquetball to boxing to swimming pool (with beer on tap). Rates bounce around, I paid US$48 for a single in late October. I saw several competing large-scale hotel spas in Tallinn so this must be the Estonian thing to do.
