Shanghai is going to be wild next week. This little trade expo has ballooned into a big deal with various public offices, schools, and companies turning Monday and Tuesday into days off to be made up with weekend days turned into working days. Reminds me of old times trying to predict the holiday calendar each year, with the government not announcing it till late December.
We are going to push through and have a meetup on Monday:

Sorry to be missing this. I was really hoping we’d get to participate in a meet-up with you, Stefan, but we don’t arrive in Shanghai until Nov. 6. We also missed out on availability to take the cooking class. Shucks! Thanks for the tips you gave me in Chicago about getting to our hotel from PVG late at night and the availability of bank ATMs at PVG. Have a wonderful time with your wife and family.
