Auckland-Niue Flights Now Twice Weekly Year-Round

The Pacific island of Niue can now be reach year-round with twice weekly flights from Auckland. Previously flights were only weekly for much of the year.

Tickets are expensive, and forget about awards flights. In several years of looking, I have never found a single partner award seat on this route. Wait, I take that back, I just found the first one I have ever seen: Sat, June 24, 2017. Things are improving! Nothing coming back, though, as far as the booking calendar stretches.

By opening up more flights during New Zealand off-season, there is increased chance to pair with a fare deal or better award availability at least to get you to Auckland.

I hope to visit Niue this year after not being able to make the schedule work last December. If a US-Auckland dare deals pops up over the US summer, I will jump on it.
