The Club and The Lounge

This joins The Club and The Lounge locations of varying quality in the US at: ATL, BOS, BWI, CVG, DFW, LAS, MCO, PHX, SEA, and SJC. In the UK they have several locations at LHR.

I like the Boston and Orlando locations. I am not impressed with the Las Vegas and Seattle lounges, where I have credit card access to superior lounges. I have not visited the rest.
