Occasionally I enjoy the story-teller pilots, usually I like a quiet flight.
Departing on a pre-dawn Royal Air Maroc flight the captain intoned in a deep, confident voice, “Welcome on board. Captain speaking. Take off right now. Crew take your seat.”
If only I could have that at LaGuardian, “Take off right now!”
Note the Royal Air Maroc is otherwise not so quiet, the blaring music and overload safety videos made sure no one was asleep.
