Traveling by myself I often miss meals. Traveling with my wife is all about food, so it has been a bit of a dining kick lately. Fair coverage must be given to her favorite US city, Boston, symbolized for her not of the beanpot, but the Chinatown two lobster specials, the only times she has gotten (temporarily) sick of eating lobster.

Boston Restaurant Week is running now , August 19-31 (except August 25), with 2-course lunches for $15.12, 3-course lunches for $20.12, and 3-course dinners for $33.12. See also The Insider’s Guide to Boston Restaurant Week.

American Express is offering a $20 statement credit for 3 dines, each at a different participating restaurant, cumulative total must be $100 or more. Registration required and is here, along with the full terms.

@charles – I do not remember the names, there are always several doing it and they put the price on signs in the windows, prices range $10-20. If not in English, look for 双龙 on the signs. As my wife says, “We are going to visit Mr. Shuanglong. We have found quality to be consistently good.
